Terms of Service

Welcome to Revamperd. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("Client," "you," or "your") and **Mohit Lora DBA Revamperd** ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website **https://revamperd.com** (the "Site") as well as any other media form, database, service, custom code, or software integrations provided by us.

1. Service Offerings & Scope Boundaries

We provide high-performance hand-coded digital design, custom workflow automations, and intelligent **Revamperd AI Voice & Chat Agents**. Our team operates as a complete design, engineering, training, and deployment partner. We do **not** provide outbound cold-calling AI tools, mobile app development, desktop applications, or hardware engineering.

2. Payment, Billing, & Annual Retainers

All services are customized and governed by a dedicated project quotation. Setup and deployment fees are billed upfront before work begins. Recurring service retainers (covering domain management, hosting, and Revamperd AI agent maintenance) are **billed annually**. Payments are strictly processed and invoiced through our third-party networks, **Wise** and **Dodo Payments** (acting as our Merchant of Record).

3. Strict Turnaround & Refund Policy

Because our engineering turnaround times are exceptionally fast (measured in days, not weeks) and we coordinate our resources immediately upon contract approval, we enforce a strict refund policy:

  • **Cancellation Within 24 Hours**: You may request cancellation of the service contract within exactly 24 hours of signing to receive a **50% refund** of your setup deposit.
  • **Cancellation After 24 Hours**: Once 24 hours have passed or development work has officially commenced, **no refunds** are available under any circumstances.

4. Revisions & Configuration Updates

We pride ourselves on design and performance excellence. **Websites and Redesigns** include exactly **two (2) rounds of revisions** during the initial build phase. Additional revision rounds requested after design handoff are billed separately at our current hourly scoping rates. Ongoing AI Agent configuration tweaks, prompt optimizations, and knowledge base updates are included as part of your active **annual retainer**.

5. Codebase & Platform Deliverable Ownership

Upon receipt of full payment, you own 100% of the custom codebase, stylesheets, scripts, and asset layouts created for your **Websites and Custom Workflows**. The core Revamperd AI agent platform infrastructure, underlying microservices, and server-side socket routines are hosted and managed by us, and remain the proprietary technology of Revamperd.

6. STRICT THIRD-PARTY AI DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Please read this section carefully as it represents a core structural disclaimer for all automated products:

  • **Third-Party AI Models**: Revamperd Voice & Chat Agents are built on top of external, third-party artificial intelligence engines and platforms (including, but not limited to, **OpenAI** and **Inworld**).
  • **No Uptime or Error-Free Warranties**: We have no authority or control over the core algorithms, hosting, data processing, or algorithmic changes of these third-party providers. We do **not** warrant or guarantee that AI conversation outputs, bookings, quotes, or translations will be 100% accurate, error-free, uninterrupted, or represent correct business facts.
  • **Client Supervision Responsibility**: You are solely responsible for reviewing, optimizing, and approving all training documents, FAQ pricing sheets, and custom system prompt guidelines uploaded to your AI agent's knowledge base. You assume complete liability for ensuring that any conversational advice, scheduling, or bookings generated by the AI agent comply with your business and local legal regulations.
  • **Liability Exclusion**: In no event shall Mohit Lora, Revamperd, or its team be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of revenue, booking conflicts, customer complaints, or business downtime) resulting from AI agent hallucinations, errors, omissions, or service outages.

7. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms, your use of our Site, and all service agreements are strictly governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of **Rajasthan, India**. Any legal action, dispute, or litigation arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively within the courts located in **Rajasthan, India**, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
